I was so happy to return to ballet. We are starting to practice at a
barre now that I moved up to a bigger girl class. It is so exciting!

Homework

Now that I am in Kindergarten, I have homework. I practice writing letters in uppercase and lowercase, and every night I practice the September poem.

First Day of Kindergarten

On my first day of Kindergarten, I put on my uniform, picked up my lunchbox, and walked three blocks and through the park to my new school. Mom and Dad came with me, and stayed for a little while. Three boys from pre-k (Theo, Victor, and Dylan) were in my class. My teacher Ms. Littzi told us about the class rules, and read us a story. Mom picked me up after lunch, and I told her that I like school.
